I am a therapist specializing in individual, Child and Teen therapy, and maintains a private practice in Roseville, California. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. During graduate school in 2012, I began working as a therapist at Hearts and Hands Counseling a non-profit community counseling center, where I enjoyed working with children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups. In conjunction with working as a therapist at Hearts and Hands Counseling, in 2014 I started working for the San Juan Unified School District, both in the school setting and at the White House Counseling Center where I worked with mostly children, teens and their families.

Overall, I have experience working with adults, couples, families, children and teenagers, and groups for a variety of presenting struggles. I have knowledge and experience working with a wide range of issues, some of which include the following: anxiety, life transitions, anger, depression, borderline, codependency, self-esteem, grief and loss, AD/HD, family and couples relationships, blended families, parent training, behavioral issues, and divorce, trauma and abuse, childhood abuse and much more.
